Worker Mountaineering (v 2)

Just a small mod to let Workers and Settlers cross mountains. Click the overview tab near the top left of this post for information.

Does not actually require the full VP, just the Community Patch DLL.

Because the exclusive access to mountain is somehow lost at Dynamite for Inca, I suggest to give Inca a small bonus to cities with mountain at Dynamite.
