Wow, Cargame, thats an awesome outcome for you there. Highest exp total I have seen. I have 3 top gun awards, and my highest exp total is something like 2088 or so. But I have never seen anyone get 9 kills in a game and I have played a lot. Even getting 7 for the Top Gun is really, really hard. Nice effort!

A bump to my last bump. Americans have arrived, along with some new maps. Playing with the M4 Sherman at the moment. Using the 105mm gun on it. In games where I am one of the heavier tanks it owns. In games where I am low tier it gets a lot of criticals due to it being HE. Just wish it were more accurate.
Also, the thing that bugs me most is the lack of the american tank destroyers like the M10. Wth happened there? I didnt play TD specifically w/germany or russia so I could with the americans. They show up and pfft. No TDs.
Ah well.
@Cardgame. Was fun popping you with my Su-14 the other night. Didnt realize it was you till I had killed you. Su-14 is a beast and a pretty good money maker if your team keeps the scouts off you.

Which is kinda cheating given that NATO 105 standard gun was far after world war 2.
Iam actually amazed that the Isrealies managed to fit it to there shermans with the strange turret deformation they had to modify in order to fit it in.
Suprised it still in Beta.

What I dont get is the base M4 gets the 105mm, but the M4 'Easy 8' gets stuck with the 76mm that cant really do anything to a tier 7-10. Hell, it takes it 3-4 shots just to finish off a Leopard. To me, its almost as if the 'Easy 8' is a step back from the fully upgraded M4, not the other way around.
@FF. The game makes full use of many vehicles that never, ever saw combat in WWII at all. Heard there was going to be another soft-wipe sometime in December, but seriously, I have played this game so much, I think I have drained all the fun to be had of of it. Why should I pay to play it all over again having explored everything it has to offer even before release?

Since I just started my tank blasting career, anyone got tips on how to play with the T-26? This far I've done best by staying a bit behind, sniping enemies with the accurate 37mm gun. The damn thing is just too fragile and big target to go in first. I always get hammered in urban maps.

Since its been a bit since I posted on this here is an update.
They just had a recent patch that split the american and EU servers apart. So now when you load in, you have to make a one time choice on which cluster you will play on based on your ping.
Secondly, there is a 3 day event that started yesterday with 4xexp/4xmoney for every battle. This is in addition to your regular 2x bonus for your first win of the day in a particular tank. I had a few battles yesterday in which I cleared almost 8k exp (non-doubled) and well over 220k in cash. This was mentioned as the devs reward instead of a soft-wipe, but it is only 3 days so enjoy while you can.

Well, the xp bonus period was fun while it lasted. With the exception of my ISU-152, I now have a top tier russian tank in every category (IS7, Object 212, T-54).
Next up are my American tanks. Managed to get my T-34 last night, but now that xp bonus is gone, grinding to get the big gun is going to suck indeed. I also got a T-23 and a M-41. Like the T-23, and the M-41 is merely ok.
As to hard wipe, I have been hearing that there wont be one until the game goes retail.
