Of course I would be happy to live in a red state...
Take Texas for example. It's generally considered to be one of the most red states in the US, but when you look deeper at it, the reality is different. LBJ was a Texas democrat! Also, Texas' pre-Bush governor was a democrat, Ann Richards. She's a Texas legend! The capital of Texas, Austin, is overwhelmingly blue. Some other cities in Texas are as well. The red areas are places like San Antonio and the rural zones. Bush got the electoral votes from Texas this year, but Kerry polled a lot of votes and it's not hard to imagine Texas becoming a blue state again in the near future.
So my point is that I would be OK living in a red state because I might be living in a blue part of a red state which until recently was a blue state and might again be in the future. And vice versa. Confused yet?
