Many thanks for the hard work on this, the Granddaddy and best of all scenarios I've ever seen.
 
Interest for WW2-Global has dropped the last month but will probably
increase again with the release of version 2.5 October 1.

I will upload version 2.5 tomorrow.

There are 105 changes including some new units like the
Free Poland Infantry Division and a volunteer Baltic Infantry division.
Both autoproduced.

1. Added Benghazi Special Wonder. Connects Libya with Italy.
2.Changed forest-tile near Rotterdam to grassland.
3. Minefields placed near Helsinki.
4. Removed AA-battery from New York, Nagoya and Detroit.
5. Added Sapporo Special Wonder. Connects Sapporo with Tokyo.
6. AA 1 for British and US 1943 Infantry Divisions
7. German Flamethrower removed.
8. Frequency for US Paratroopers produced in Richmond: 30 instead of 15.
9. Japan Favorite Government: Communism.
10. Worker will now cost 30 shields.
11. No conquered Wonder will produce units for the enemy.
12. 28 Soviet subs in The Far East replaced with 10 Light Coastal Flotillas units.
13. Germany and Japan can now also build Convoy units. Cost increased to 450 shields.
14. Gneisenau will now upgrade to Gneisenau 2.
15. Fixed the Katmandu -wonder bug. Wonder will now autoproduce Gukha infantry with frequency 12.
16.New stats for Gurkha infantry: Attack 10,Defense 8, Move 2, +HP2. Ignores hills,forest and jungle.
17. Air-combat value removed from the Nagpur wonder
18. Italy, Japan and France can now build the A-bomb. They can also build the A-bomb transport.
19. Worker Job: Mine 24 instead of 12.
20. Worker Job: Irrigation 16 instead of 8.
21. Worker Job: Road 18 instead of 12.
22. Factory will cost 360 shields instead of 240.
23. Manufacturing Plant will cost 700 shields instead of 320.
24. Coal Plant will now cost 320 shields instead of 160.
25. Hydro Plant will now cost 320 shields instead of 240.
26. Added US Army Ranger. Attack 15,Defense 11, Move 2,+HP4. Ignores hills,forest and jungle.Blitz.
27. The US Army Ranger unit is autoproduced in Washington with frequency 40.
28. Removed the Tampere wonder.
29. Added the Los Angeles wonder.
30. There are now only one US marine unit: The US Marine Division.Stats unchanged.
Its autoproduced in Los Angeles with frequency 20.
31. Added Artillery Offensive. Attack 50 ,Defense 1,Move 1. Range 1.Cruise Missile.Shield Cost: 50.
Requires no support. Land 1942.
32. 65% of Terrain for Domination victory.
33. 70% of Population for Domination victory.
34. Replaced Sheffield with Manchester.
35. Added 15 units of fixed Coastal Defense for Britain.
36. Added Georgetown (British Guyana).

59. Decreased range for Kamikaze-unit to 6 and increased shield-cost to 250.

Thus the Free Polish divisions will be controlled by Britain.

74. Escort Carrier now has Move 4 instead of 5 and the cost to produce it is 120 shields instead of 140 shields.
75. Added Balikpapan (Dutch East India).
76. Upgrade cost increased from 2 to 4.
77. Added Finland Light Infantry Division. Stats:Attack 12, Defense 9, Move 2, HP+2.
Ignores Hills, Forest, Marsh and Tundra. It is autoproduced at Tornio with Frequency 12.
78. Added one Finland Light Infantry Division at Torneo.
79. Added Finland 1942 Armoured Division. Stats: Attack 23, Defense 18, Move 2, HP+2.
Shield cost: 300. Land 1942. Requires: Germany resource, Oil and Rubber.
80. Belgium Infantry Division now has HP+2.
81. Added 3 Special Fortress units in Stalingrad.
82. Added Italy 1945 Armoured Division.Stats: Attack 22, Defense 17, HP+2.
Shield cost: 500. Land 1 1945. Requires Germany resource, Oil and Rubber.
83. Added The Escort Carrier Wonder in Philadelphia. It will autoproduce Escort Carriers at Frequency 12.
84. Added the Railroad Construction unit. It will contstruct railroads in 120 turns.
Shield cost: 990.
85. The standard Worker unit can no longer build railroads.
86. Changed 3 forest-tiles in Belgium to grassland.
87. Changed 2 forest-tiles near Lille to grassland.
88. Changed 14 forest-tiles in the Shanghai-Nanking-Haichow area to grassland.
89. Rice will now give a food-bonus of 6 instead of 4.
90. Placed 12 Rice resources in the Shanghai-Nanking-Haichow area.
91. Spain, Portugal and Belgium now starts with embassies.
92. Spain can now be controlled by a human player.
93. Added 2 Special Fortress units in Chungking.
94. Added 3 Special Fortress units in Yenan.
95. Added 25 defense factors to the Tokyo wonder.
96. Added Italy 1945 Infantry Division.
Stats: Attack 6, Defense 10, Move 1, HP+1. Shield cost: 90. Land 1 1945.
97. Added 2 Special Fortress units in Astrachan.
98. Added the Baltic Infantry Division. Stats: Attack 8, Defense 11, Move 1 and HP+2.
99. Added the Baltic wonder in Riga. It will autoproduce the Baltic Infantry division when its controlled by Germany.
100. Added 2 Special Fortress units each in: Sendai and Akita.
101. Added 5 Minefields near Tokyo.
102. Added the Nagoya wonder.
103. Converted wonders in Antwerp, Edinburgh, Los Angeles, Montreal and Osaka to trade-wonders.
104. Replaced 1 Germany-controlled submarine in the Black Sea with a Light Coastal Flotilla.
105. Changed Favorite government for Germany, Italy and Finland to communism.
106. Cost for the British Tank Brigade increased from 135 to 170 shields.

Its hard to say how much play-balance will change.
My goal have been to make AI-production better and hopefully
play against AI now will be more challenging.

One question did rise while reading the big list of changes:
Is the normal worker still produced by the AI when the option to build railroads is subtracted from him? I will answer this question to myself soon, when playing your great scenario.:)

Probably AI will produce it although I have not tested that in
debug mode.

Looks great Rocotech, but one question. Why is the favorite government of the Axis powers communism. Anyway can't wait to try this bad boy out.
