Count me in. I fish all the time off the postern wall of the Marillion.

Where will we be fishing? I have a very nice lake and a wide selection of coastline. The fishing contest is welcome to any of it.

Heck no, you don't have to pay. What kind of host would I be if I made people pay? I suggest the lake. We've got a load of bass and trout.
It was 4am when all of the fisherpeople met at shaitans lake.
shaitan donned the complete gear.with all the lastest fishing gadgets including useing horses hair for his rope on his fishing rod.
BCLG on the other hand came as less equiped as possible but still able to fish just bringing a rod string a hook and bait.
everyone else was somewhere in the middle.
The 10 split into 3 groups with stuck,civanator and plexus going with shaitan. civ general and jdd2007 going with me and padma and gunning going with CT.
the first bite of the day came from shaitans group with civanator struggling for over 10 minutes before hauling up a 9 pound trout.
after a few hours the fish came flying in with stuck and lpexus both catching 2 5 pound bass but both were still behind civanator
elsewhere in BCLG's group. BCLG was struggling for 20 minutes before he realised he hadnt actually cast the line and the hook was attached to his shoe. civ general caught an 8 pound bass and jd caught a 7 pound trout now there were 2 leaders civanator anc civgeneral.
the other group, CT's group were nto having as good luck, with Cts early catch of a 10 pound trout padma and gunning didnt really have anything left to show for themselves except a 4 pound trout and 3 pound bass.
CTs catch stayed the biggest until the afternoon when shaitan caught a huge 15 pound bass.
Everyone was already wildly aknowledgng shaitan as the best fisherman as both his and BCLG's group had both packed up ready to go when suddenly a fisher from Cts group caught a huge 19 pound trout they had to get each other to help it haul it out of the water.

Absolutely, feel free to fish the lake. That's line fishing of course, no netting in the playground.

Seafood? Bah! This is fine, succulent lake trout and largemouth bass! Real eating!
I would have won, too, if that monster hadn't gotten away. Did you see the size of that thing? 25 pounds if it was an ounce, I swear!
I like the contest. Next time we should make it a bit more to get in. Still keep it low enough to be no problem for all comers but up it a bit to maybe 25g or so.

19 pounds! I tell you, when that thing hit my line I knew I had a winner. I just had to keep it on the line. It was a mighty fight. Several times I thought it was going to jerk the pole right out of my hands!
But it was great fun, and I want to thank everyone for their gold.
