Well, given the fact that you so publicly announced your war declaration, Malaysia can easily just go straight into defense techs. There's a reason war declarations get PM'ed most of the time

Even so, having Naval Tech 3 is huge in the fact that Malaysia really can't do anything but defend since they can't reach you at all. Malaysia, having all coastal provinces, means that you have full power on every single territory

I do believe an attack on ALL of Italy's provinces is in due order. Tally ho!

Your wadding through lots of their territory to reach their back stuff, so most of your attacks on the back of his land will have small chances to succeed.

Then again, we have no real army values, so it never hurts to try

Naval Tech (NAV): This will affect your RNG during coastal attacks and defenses.
