What is the football team you support and why? Sorry if this has been done to death before, I've only just discovered this forum on the site .

For me it is Liverpool FC. Why? Because I didn't start to follow football till 2003 (it doesnt exactly get much coverage in Australia) and at the time the only Australian player I knew about was Harry Kewell... and who had he just signed for

I'm also quite partial to Juventus and Barcelona too to be perfectly honest. Nedved is king

I'm more into Hockey, but follow the swiss league loosely. Here I cheer for FC Basel, since this is home

I support Sunderland (England). Mainly because the friend I usually watch football with is from there. I've grown quite disinterested in them since they've been so terrible for the last few years.

I also like Arsenal and Man City. Don't follow the continent too closely, we only really get English and Italian league televised in Canada (plus major tourneys like Champions' league).

Internationals, I support Canada of course, but then I support Germany once Canada has been eliminated from competition (read: always).

teams I support are - Scotland (till death ) Rangers (no I'm not those sad pathetic religious biggots heh) and Hamilton Academical (or the Accies, local team)

I'm also really fond of Bolton for some reason, think it's just cause I like Sam Aladice (sp??)
