"Your machine is below recommended specifications." Win7 64bit

Dear friens,

i have the same problem as Varelse had (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=377329), i.e.

I am getting an error message that says "Your machine is below recommended specifications. The graphic settings were altered to accomodate this, however, you may experience performance issues."

Unlike him i have Radeon HD 4250 graphic card, but the problem seems the same.

Can you please point me to the solution of the problem!

the code which spits out this warning is bugged and will flag even some high end machines.

Either just ignore it, or you can try to disable it. There is a setting for that in the config file C:\Users\i\Documents\My Games\Beyond the Sword\CivilizationIV.ini

Thanks for the info. I will install again as Kiwit recommends and see what will happen. I can't ignore it, cause when i play Road to war it crashes after a few turns.
