I see the screenshot. I like the Tito picture you used but I would recommend to change the splash picture so that it looks more similar to regular civs. The current map picture looks dull. If I was a good shopper I'd do it myself; I'd recommend to create a layer out of the Yugoslavia part and then increase the size while adding a slight shadow to it. Possibly make the background layer grey/black to blend in with Tito picture and then make Yugoslavia blue/red/white. If a good photoshopper out there reads this, is this feasible to do?

So far, so good. I would add that the colors are pretty crazy! Gold background/Hot Pink Outline.

Thanks! Soon I will post my mexico mod, and you will see that it is similar. I just liked the Middle Cyan color for city states, tried it on Mexico, and loved it, so why not Middle Purple for Yugoslavia?

I always think of Mexico as a Dark Red and light green. Or dark Red with a Tan outline. I love the different colors; it sets them apart during games and with a decent Icon, makes playing that faction well worth it.
