Would be great if you start there. Fill in the template that's near the start of the thread and I'll include you in the next update.
Edit Report
You would start with just one - there is already heavy influence from Carthage. The dark blue nation at the bottom of Italy is free - and strongly placed to quickly establish on Sicily and into the Greece area...
Well we are only 4 updates in, with nations springing into being every update. I am looking for players in France, Spain, or the top of Italy. Basically filling in the gaps between the nations we already have. But you can start anywhere that is grey on this map really. Depending where you chose will determine what you start with. Essentially your rise will be pretty rapid since you will be a conduit of trade for the nations you are linking up.
You need to create a repository somewhere. I'm using assembla.com, which is free (even no registration required) and imo easy to use. You can then check out the repository on your computer, move your files in there and commit them.
There is no reason to fear boring us, because it will add to the atmosphere, and future generations will one day find this, and be facinated.
Or, I'm just here to convince you that you shouldn't throw out stuff you finished because you fear boring people. No pressure on making masterpieces though; I accept anything and everything.
Me, Jess and Rich all skipped out on the gun safety training. Yeah, right. It's the end of the world, we need to be on our toes, no punches held. Anyway, we went up to West 11th, and missed all the action. We passed by this one place I'm told had a black chick holed up in it. Anyway, we found a couple things worth keeping, but not much on the whole. Too bad.
Anyway, prepare the "Final-Final" look of your nation before tomarrow so I can put it in my map, and you can fill in after the update tomarrow. Have fun.
