How did the FedMeds in IB2 get such a huge war plans bonus? Both of our plans had pictures and significant description and contingencies. We were just as thorough as each other so far as I can tell. Plus, IIRC, 80% was the highest bonus you could get from war plans?
Also, do you want event decisions with our orders or earlier?
An OC, it doesn't matter what style it is.

I am planning a new IOT game at the moment, and was wondering whether you would be fine with me using the map you gave Thorvald of Lym for Multipolarity Rearmed. You would be credited.
Also, sorry for both a VM and a PM, but I forgot to put this question into the PM. How can we tell what the strength of neutral territories are in europe when there are no numbers for them on the large map posted in the thread? There are also no factory or core symbols, which could get confusing later in the game.
Or am I missing something as usual, as Jehoshua so eloquently put it?

Ok. I'm either going to play a Sioux Confederacy, Austria, or Angola+Coastal Kongo nation. So whichever would be easier for you to add in. (maybe no Sioux.. that will make everything too squeezed in NA, right?)
