This mod was written in the very early days of Civ 6 to buff France and Spain. Since that time, the original code for this mod has been updated and rolled into the "Quo's Combined Tweaks" mod along with numerous other changes to civilizations. As such, this mod is no longer up to date and is no longer supported due to limited time available to continue testing it.
