This Civ Pack is being tested as part of the development of a new Second Punic War scenario. That is the next iteration of the Merlin Scenario Management Engine.
It is early in development, so there are many features that haven't been tested yet (which is why it's being uploaded here/now - so people can see what's broken).
Playable civs:
1. Rome: Publius Cornelius Scipio (Too early to call him "Africanus"!)
2. Carthage: Hannibal
3. Syracuse: Hieronymus
4. Macedonia: King Phillip V
5. Massilia: Magistrate Xenon
6. Massylii (E. Numidia): King Massinissa
7. Masaesyli (W. Numidia): King Syphax
8. Gaul: Chiomara (Volcae Tectosages)
Each civ has 9-11 custom units, as well as 2 unique buildings. Civilopedia is populated, so you can find out more information there.
