I have finally finished the V0.0 version of the mod, and it is downloadable on Steam at:

I have tried constantly to upload the working version here on Civfanatics, but so far have not been able to do so. The website says the mod limit is 125 MB, and this mod is only 60 MB, but it always seems to timeout every time I try to upload.
So, unfortunately, for the immediate future, the only way to get the working version of the mod is via Steam.

Is it more or less up to date and the best place to find out what's behind much of the design, and what the latest is concerning the mod.
