The Report Screen resources tab doesn't reflect all sources of resources.
I have 3 bonus oil from a great merchant (Rockefeller), and 2 bonus oil from the Unique bonus of Hattusa that does not appear in the report screen but appears in the top toolbar.
I also have 1 bonus coal from the policy card "Drill Manuals" but does not appear in the report screen.
