[1.0.1] UI Bug- Civics Displaying Incorrect Textures for Diplomatic Action/Endeavor Icons

Civics are displaying a strange texture for Diplomatic Actions.

• Issue persists after opening and closing Civics Tree, and after selecting a Civic to research.
• Issue persists after multiple turns.
• Issue persists after reloading save, though it now displays different textures.

I have attached my auto-save from this turn and screenshots with examples.

I loaded your save file and the icons display correctly here. I've never seen anything like your screenshots.

Did you try rebooting your computer? Verify your steam installation?
