[NFP] [1.0.11.16] Eurekas saying "Research in X complete" when not boosting fully

Hi, new to the forums here but noticed what I think is a small bug consistently occurring over my last few games. In essence, sometimes when a eureka boost is achieved, the small popup which lets you know will say "Research in [tech] is now complete!" when it should say "Your knowledge of [tech] has advanced considerably."

Here is an example with irrigation, but I have observed it on plenty of other techs and not recorded it. I can't attest to whether or not the bug also happens with civic boosts, but if I encounter it I will update the thread with evidence.

Don't know if anyone else has been noticing this, obviously, it's an extremely minor bug but I kept encountering it.
