Minor nitpick: with the latest change that one can no longer spy on an ally, the Interface still shows ally cities as possible destinations. But trying to send a spy to an ally city doesn't work.
(My alliance is about to expire, and I don't plan to renew, so I thought to get a head start by sending one there.)
I don't mind that I can't send the spy there yet, but if that's what's wanted, the Interface shouldn't list ally cities as possible destinations.
