[1.4.0] (196374) PS4 Trophy "Plow the Sea" unobtainable

Hello all,

me and some other guys tried several times to retire all ten Comandantes to unlock this trophy. PSN worldwide stats also says 0.0% for this trophy, so I assume it's glitched on the PS4.

Would be great, if it could be fixed it with one of the upcoming DLC updates.
