3. Warrior to jungle (see picture)
4. Eup and Niko chop or not? And for what?
5. Wa 1 goes or wait? I vote for CERN 6. There the warrior can kill the barb, if he can kill our warrior at jungle.
6. CERN Holkan whipp or not.
if we not whipp, CERN looks empty, and perhaps the warrior will go north in direction to CERN and not at the hill/mine.
we can go with Wa 1 to CERN 6, so if the barb goes at hill/mine, we 've 2 warrior to attack; a whipped holkan can't prohibit the destroying of the hill/mine.

Sorry I haven't posted in these threads for a while...

1. Ari 2 3 -> Yes :)
2. Ana 2 -> Why? Perhaps it's better to heal now? :dunno:
3. Warrior to jungle (see picture) ->
4. Eup and Niko chop or not? And for what? -> Chop for Granary, no? Or perhaps Library is better? [crap - do we have writing? Sorry for being so out of touch!!]
5. Wa 1 goes or wait? I vote for CERN 6. There the warrior can kill the barb, if he can kill our warrior at jungle. ->
6. CERN Holkan whipp or not.
if we not whipp, CERN looks empty, and perhaps the warrior will go north in direction to CERN and not at the hill/mine. -> I vote to whip :whipped: Barbarians are going to be showing up all the time now - this is a kind of large map. We need to have many defenders and fog-busters. So YES, let's whip.
we can go with Wa 1 to CERN 6, so if the barb goes at hill/mine, we 've 2 warrior to attack; a whipped holkan can't prohibit the destroying of the hill/mine.

Entropia: Change to warrior, so that we could whip next turn if the junglewarrior lose his fight.

Peter
We get all techs, we want medi, priest, AH and writing for poly from Cav.

Hummel
We can make it, but I think the warrior of CERN 6 'll be enough.

Warrior currently at Cern-6 - to the hill, not the jungle. Barbs seem to choose to pillage over attacking in jungle. I would expect the barb to go to that hill if we don't, and then be harder to kill. After the barb goes to the farm, this warrior can go to the city.

New warrior goes to Cern-6. From there it can kill the barb if it goes to the farm.

Someone who is good at calculating combat should weigh in on whether Ana should fortify and heal. Definitely not 2 onto the cow tile, right? Maybe you meant 3?

Ari - OK.

Cern needs a defender in case the barb goes 7. On the road tile, the 2nd warrior can wherever needed. And the sooner that holkan is ready, the better.

Sry
I 've played the warrior at jungle. If the barb goes at the jungle, his defence bonus is 50%, perhaps he would survive 2 * attacks and then we would need to build/whipp a warrior in Entropia

The situation is so:

Barb moves and our reply
if the barb goes south, he can go.
If the barb goes in reach of the holkan then the holkan will attack
If the barb goes at hill/mine, I would like to attack with the warrior at CERN 6 and then if the chance is good with the second.
If the barbs attacks the jungle and wins then the other warrior 've a good chance to kill him.
If the barb goes 9, so both warriors 'll attack and kill him, I think. First the CERN 6.
If the barb goes in direction of Archi, the holkan (from CERN) can go there.

I need some votes for
1. the situation of he new town and the worker there.
2. CERN wipp the hokan or wait, Peter said whipp, the other ...
3. Peri whipp the holkan or build normally
4. Hummel want change the build-job to warrior in Entropia, we can that do, then the whipp-cost (I hope we don't need it) is lower.
5.Ana heals

We 've time, so I can wait and play in ~20 hours.

btw
We need new plans please.

A couple of questions:
Can Entropia whip a Holkan? I'd much rather build Holkans now than warriors.
If we whip a Holkan in Perimeter, how long will it take to grow back?

Definately no whipping in CERN!
In case the barb moves there (which he shouldn't, because he can't see into CERN and has enough options nearby), we can still whip the holk in CERN next turn and it will befinished in time.

Entropia should start on a warrior.
(Just in case we need him because of really bad luck...)

Warrior in the jungle was not good :(
(Barb would have surely attacked to warrior.)

Peri should work clams+2*mines and CERN should work clams+rice+mine.
New city needs early culture -> monument/library

(Barb would have surely attacked to warrior.) Why, I don't understand

Peri should work clams+2*mines and CERN should work clams+rice+mine.
New city needs early culture -> monument/library
So we change to library and let the chopping gain there.
I hope the barb 'll attack the jungle warrior, so, if he win, the warrior at CERN 6 can kill him. What's wrong with this idea?

warrior in the jungle:

Even barbs don't attack if their odds are too bad ;)
If we are very unlucky the barb doesn't attack... but I guess it will probably do. So, never mind:)

Why no whipping in CERN - is it because there is no longer an emergency? If that's the case, then I agree.

I'm just nervous that we won't have enough defenders and escorts around, now that we're starting to push further into the fog. There has been quite a lot of barbarian activity, and the more units we have, the better off we are.

For the MM:
Peri grows with clam, rice, mine and if we work in CERN on clam, 2*mine we get 28 :4wirt:. Both are good in my estimation, but there is another reason also.
Then we can decrease the research rate to 50% this turn. With that we get 14 for research a value without rounding lost and additional we get some money in our treasure.

The situation:
Treasure: 11 :gold: and the costs are 7 a turn
We need to change our res rate at least next turn.
Our research: 228/299 :science: for IW.
With 14 :commerce: for res we get (14+1) *1,2 = 18 :science: to 246/299 and the treasure 'll be increase to 18 with + 14 :commerce: for money. Then we can get IW with res rate 100% in EoT of 1280.

Peter that can you communicate to Cav. When we can deliver the tech, I don't know, in Pbem it would be our turn 1240, but perhaps in this PB Cav get it in their turn 1240.

I would like to play so in ~6 hours.

How about happiness in Peri after growth? My feeling says, that we'll grow unhappy because we have no MP there. If this is the case, it's better to work 2 mines and delay growth until MP arrives. (-> no lost food) In the meantime CERN could gather more food with the rice.

We have now pop 3 (without MP 4 unhappy) and 5 lucky. So we can grow now. With 2 mines the Holkan is 1 turn earlier.

OK Topas
important is we don't delay the IW research for the ally, so we need 28, but we can do it the next turn. with Entro +1 :commerce:

perhaps 1 of the worker (at the new town) should go to Entropia for clear the gems, there is no one after the sacrifice of Leo.

I 'll now play.
Warrior in Entro
No whipp
Lib in new town (name?)

Both Barbs have attack and our warriors survived.

:woohoo: Death to Barbarians!!

How about the new town being named "Gottingen", as a nod to its unparalleled position in the field of Mathematics?

Done

There is an original Hilbert space7chamber in German both is Raum, I 've visited some 30 years ago and looked respectful.
