Actually you can't have both ...policies become obsolete.

I know God King policy and Insulae becomes obsolete, and they didn't show up on the screenshot, so it's weird that those 100% adjacency bonus are still being shown even after becoming obsolete. If it's obsolete they should remove it like they did with God King policy and Insulae. This just makes it more confuse when choosing policies.
