2nd UU and 2nd UB for DoC

Besides the pentagon bug, there is also a bug where you conquer a city and its wonders are removed (i.e you lose shwedagon paya when you capture pagan). I am inclined to believe it has something to do with building order in the files, as constantinople starts with Interpol instead of Theodosian Walls in the 600 AD scenario. Ive also observed that in some games getting gunpowder prevents you from triggering the conqueror event. Finally, there is a bug I dont really understand, when you build ironworks the catholic holy city is moved to that city no matter which civ you are playing.

So, which files do I have to modify in order to have the buildings in the correct order and thus avoid some of these annoying bugs?

That bug is very likely caused by the same reason as the Pentagon bug. So this will be fixed too.

Version 1.11 of DoC is coming soon. So this modcomp needs to update too.
As DoC has some new civs, I need to find some new UU/UB. As well as some changed UU/UB (like the American Minuteman). If you have a suggestion, please give it.

I already saw some suggestion for UU/UB in the threads of the new civs. Maybe the ones that didn't make it to DoC will make it to modcomp.

And ofcourse there will be some changes for the existing civs. (Like a new Incan 2nd UU...)
 
Looking at the CoC 1.11 Changelog, I need a few things for the next version:
- A new American UU
I was thinking of bringing back the Navy Seal as the 2nd UU. I can give it paradrop capabilities to make it more interesting. (alongside the vanilla bonus)
- A Mexican UU and UB
- A Brazilian UU and UB
- A Argentine UU and UB
- A Colombian UU and UB

I'm also thinking to undo some of the balance changes of 1.11. Can someone who has played the civs that effected by this give advise if it's a good idea to do so.
- Remove the ingore city defense bonus of the Keshik.
The 2nd UU makes the buff of the Keshik less neccessary, as it makes conquering cities easier.
- Increase the Native American Dog Soldier bonus vs. Melee units back to 100%.
Both Mayan and Aztec 2nd UU are stronger vs. Dog Soldier than the vanilla units. With the extra UU, the Dog Soldier doesn't need to be tuned down a little.

Unlike the previous version, the Floating Gardens will not be removed as a wonder. Due to the redesign of the Aztecs, I'm afraid it will hurt the game too much if I remove it. I think I will rename the wonder to somethink like "Great Floating Gardens of Tenochtitlan".

Reduce the time of revolt after conquest a city
 
Please don't suggest exotic bonus for the UU/UB. I can only give the units a bonus through XML. Every bonus that a vanilla UU/UB has, I can do, along with some others. But something like the above requires extra modding. Which I'm not doing.

Both bonus require extra modding?

IIRC, I can however give it the bonus that it reduces the chance that a city will revolt. But I'm not sure if that has much use in RFC.

Well..that unit in real world are used to defeat revolts in Brazilian empire..so i think is a good idea

Maybe they can start with a City Raider I too

If you're looking for an alternate title that doesn't reference a city (I tend to avoid them), their Mexica name is "Chinampas".

It can simply be "Great Floating Gardens". I know that they are called Chinampas, but that is the name I give to the 2nd Aztec UB.

I know this will cause me to have a normal Floating Garden (Aztec 2nd UB) and a Great one (the current wonder). For that reason, I removed the wonder in the provious version of this modcomp. But if I do that after the Aztec overhaul, I'm afraid that the game is hurt too much. So I think I'll keep the wonder (and rename it) and add the 2nd Aztec UB.

I thought about giving the bonus of the wonder to the UB. But that's not a good idea. It will make the UB really overpowered.

Or the Aztecs get a totally new 2nd UB. But I don't know any good one. The Chinampas is very likely the most suitable 2nd UB for the Aztecs.

What I concern about is whether the new version compatible with the VD&ECs or not. You see there are some bugs in last version.

It seems that the bugs aren't related to VD, but some bug in the python. So it will probably be compatible with VD.
 
Civ4 units names are always singular, however.
 
Now version 1.11, I started working on the new version. I hope to launch it soon. But I have some troubles to get some good ideas. Especially the new colonial civs.
 
For all the Latin Civs you could use the same second UB: Soccer Stadium/Football Stadium. Replaces amphitheatre, +1:) +1 Hit Soccer Event
 
If you look back in the threads for Latin American civs I am sure you can find other potential UBs that could work. Then wait for someone to suggest something better.
