As we all know, BtS has been upgraded to 3.19, and Kael has been mysteriously silent on when a compatible FfH version will be released. Which of course can only mean one of two things:

1. Kael, surprisingly existing outside of the internets, is busy with Real World issues or,
2. Wild Shenanigans are about to ensue!

With this in mind, what are your wild speculations for the next version of FfH?

Personally, I am expecting the following:

1. Espionage! Except, in true FfH style, it's been fantasized. Send your alluring nymphs as Fellowship [or your tentacled seducters as OO] into rival territory and get that information...by whatever means necessary. NSFW, but crazy awesome for home. Includes new interactive minigame.
2. Nuclear weapons make a comeback, and how! The new version will include a race of all nuclear weapons! Grow your uranium fields and start blasting, because Agares will be disappointed to find he's late to the party!
3. All promotions will now be calculated using logarithms. Additionally, combat odds no longer display on difficulties above Chieftan. Try and fight with your heroes now!
4. Full inclusion of Orbis and FF races, elimination of Balseraph, Elves and Khazad races due to AI balancing issues.
5. Cake.

What are your Wild Speculations?

[Note: these are jokes. Not all Wild Speculations need to be though.]

I was taken by surprise by this. Just noticed patch 3.19 right now and Im downloading it. I was in Utah and Texas for most of this week and Im flying to Georgia tomorrow (going onsite to help a school use Civ4 to teach high school history).

It may not be updated until later this week since my flight leaves in 11 hours. But it will be high on my todo list when I get back Thursday.

So the students will fail the exams, because they'll write stuff like "The Atzecs destroyed the Romans in 100 BC", "Tokugawa was a dumb, cranky and constipated clown"?

And I wonder what they'll write if you introduce them to FfH...

We have to party with those dudes! ~ JStrange, channelling either Bill Murray or Will Ferrell.

Amusingly, playing the original civ when I was a youngin gave me an interest in old wonders/civilizations, I always did well in social studies because of that.

What...Kael is a real person with a real life?

I thought Kael was the first generation of Skynet enslaving our human minds to the machine in preparation for the coming war.

Well, at least you don't know anything about World of WarCraft, 'cause that would just complicate things even further for you, Mesix!

If you ask me, there is no reason to go for 3.19 ever.
A lot of the changes do not bring anything good if you ask me, and it would just take them years to perfect FfH to work with it.

Yes, but if it dosn't go to 3.19, then FfH will become as obsilite as Vanilla Civ 4 mods.

On a related note, if you're teaching world history, Europa Universalis 3 would be a better choice, at least during it's timeframe, and esp. for Europe (obv)

Another related note :D
Orbis already has espionage and nuclear weapons. Not called that though, it's the Ratcatcher unit, and the Holy Hand Grenade of Cahir
