Just for attacking. I will correct that. You gain money and production for attacking other unit. Base value is multiplied by number of CS allies or friends.

Germany is NOT complete. No attempt has been made to do the influence on slaganz conversion, no lua for chapter promotion from TO, and art assets are wrong

There have been misunderstandings in that case.
Also, I just checked the Latifundium, and now, the Figs appear immediatly, so the description of the improvement must be changed.
NB : I thought we talked about the possibility of making the tile of apparition of the Figs non-random : the verification should begin in the tile above, and then be made in a clockwise manner (so that players won't relaunch the game in order to have a better placement).

for winning a battle / killing a unit probably?

Each time the Klepht attacks, you gain a small amount of production and gold.

Fig randomness is tied to some kind of seed. Each reloaded game figs will be placed in the same place as before reloading. Checked that many times. No worries @Hinin.

The game uses internal random number generator and stores the seed each time the number is generated. So, if you reload you get the same results.
However, there is a very simple way to partially bypass that. You need to do another random operation before. So, when you are at war you can get various fight results by performing operations in different order. In peace time it is limited because not many operations use random numbers.

@Infixo No change is needed. @Hinin wanted it work the way it is implemented now.

updated slaganz civilopedia text (was using the slaganz text from the arminius mod before)
updated slaganz art defines
split slaganz barbarian conversion from the barbarian bonus (3 effects was too much for 1 promotion)

updated teutonic icon art

updated latifundium text

updated klepht promotion text

updated cacadores promotion text

Two bugs:

1. every unit appears to receive the Massacre promotion -forever- once it pillages a tile;

2. latifundium having fun again :3
Spoiler :

(Sorry, I hate GitHub. :3)

I was just about to post that Massacre bug.

Don't get me wrong it's fun. Just out of place :P

Glad I'm not playing Denmark and can't abuse it lol

Massacre: What do you mean by forever? I optimized slighlty the code byt even without it unit should get massacre on pillaging and then when stepping out of that pillaged tile it should lost the promo. Did I miss something?

K I wanted to like China's Examination Hall but I think it could use a change. I understand that it's thematic to have the GPP be random, but in practice it's not that beneficial.

The fact is that some cities will never spawn particular GPs (a city that isn't working Engineers won't ever spawn a GE). I can't count the number of times I got Great Writer/Artist/Musician points in non-guild cities.

So here you have a major portion of the bonus rendered ineffective by RNG, with the only relevant benefit being 2 civil servant slots that you have to pay to use.

At least it scales with era, but I dunno it just feels too random. It's fine in the Capital which tends to work everything, but everywhere else... eh...

Maybe make it increase the highest current counter? That way you can indirectly "target" the one you want (until the GP spawns then it changes). You still have variety but it's less random and more synergistic with the city it's in.

maybe it should hit a random non-zero GP counter. If it cannot find a non-zero GP bar, then it dumps into civil servant?

Sure that's a compromise. Non-zero would avoid GA/GM/GW in non-guild cities.

The one issue I have with the randomness is that it might discourage diversification of specialists. Hmm...

Would targeting the highest current counter be too strong you think? It would encourage alternating city specialization while still allowing you to work other specialists with lower counters.'

Alternatively, make all city GPP births apply to the capital while still being random. (High scorers go work for the Empress!! :p )

This would reward expansionism (synergy with UA), while encouraging the capital to work as many specialists as possible if the goal is to maximize GP, or not working many specialists at all but still receiving GP consistently.

The GPP can of course be reduced if necessary, especially since the amount scales. Would need testing.

highest GP points is possible, I'm not even sure if randomizing non-zero GPs is a thing you could do with lua

I will put that english chariot later. It is the best of all we considered.
