The Government has become overly tired with the Chinese Emperor. Though to everyone's surprise, Emperor Amirsan soon awaits his death...

"People of Siam. I am here to address the major issues of the nation. The Northern Chinese Emperor Erez has died in battle against us. His government still wishes the death apon all of us still. Especially me, I who has save you from the dictatorship of your last Emperor, I who wish for a more free government to rule this nation. Though it is I where I lived to long and my time is soon to come and wish apon my burial."

The Crowd was totally silent as I continued my speech.

"I mean no harm to the Chinese people of Siam, for your people are to be anywhere but under the cruel leadership of King Erez and his successors. Isn't it them who rules over you and is it you who fought for this freedom? Now they wish to take the power back using my rulership in this Mongoloid nation as an excuse. Do you think this is fair apon you? I mean no harm when I say, I want freedom for all! I mean no harm when I say, EVERYONE WILL LIVE COMMUNIST-FREE!"

The crowd grew as loud as humanly possible cheering for my speech I have just given.

"I am soon to be ill as I can hardly speak to you now. I have survived through many struggles in my history and those struggles come from people of your kind. Though when I came to this nation, did I speak of any hate to you? I know you must've spoken hate about me but on my solemny word apon my thousands of wives I have never spoke bad of your people ever sinse entering the border of this nation and infiltrating your corrupt government. But now it is you who speak against me. Well now there is no need for it, now I am soon to fall, though wih one wish I ask of you, prey for a united world. A free united world under one maker of this earth. Whether it is Russians and Chinese or African and European, prey for a united world and make this nation to be the first one to do it!"

Those where the last words of our former emperor. He died in his sleep the same night of this speech. Many mourned on the day he died from all around the world. Spreading from old Russia, Germany, South Europe and even China and Siam. Emperor Amirsan has become the subject of many legends from the day he died. In the Russian's Religion which is in the center of Mongolia in Moscow, every living man in thier faith must make one pilgramige to Moscow and Siam before they die. King Amirsan lives on in every Russian Heart.

King Amirsan had many wives and many successors. Though he mentioned one to continue hi legacy. His name was Leng He Vladimir. He was recently married with a Siamese Woman making this new emperor the first mixed nationality in the World. He began his leadership by finishing what his father has started, the first "free" government. He called this a "Demoacacy".

The Ammendmants are the rules of the government and are listed;

1st Ammendmant (0BC)
The first and most important icon in the nation is the King or Representor. This man always has the final rule though can be overjusticed by the people of the country.

2nd Ammendmant (0BC)
The cities of the country are broken up and citizens who are wise enough may becom part of the Wise Man Council. This council is one who meets up with other councils and vote on new rules. These rules are then passed on to the King to look over.

3rd Ammendmant (0BC)
Any citizen may become part of the Wiseman council, though only if elected into it.

4th Ammendmant (0BC)
The people are given a vote on more important issues such as war declaration and major rules.

This is all he wrote to present to the people of the time being. To make this more believable he made the first vote.

This is very good indeed. I am once again leaving my father's past behind and will continue his legacy on free of hate. Again we still wish for isaolationism though trade may be very profitable for both of us. Maybe soon a better relationship can be between us. can someone explaint to me how it works in stlnes4 and how to set up the routes and what for people to put in their orders?

ok, it works like this;

Each trade route costs 2 economy levels. After pay both nations in which who has paid the 2 economies will get 1 economy every 3 turns or updates.

Lets say there is a China and India here. They want to do trade. So both must pay 2 economy to open a port and trade and get the economies.

Or lets say one of the neighbors have the 2 economies now but the other doesnt... well the one who does needs to pay the 2 economies and will get the profits from the trade and the one who desn't needs to open a port.

The players need to post in thier orders trade like this;

"Open trade with 'china' for 2 economies."

The Indian soldiers arrived home from the Kongo to victory parades and celebrations in cities throughout India. The return of the soldiers to India led to a time of happiness throughout the nations, followed by a population boom approximately 9 months later. The soldiers' return home also led to an intellectual boom: the outstanding education system as well as the spread of knowledge outward from the CIR put Indian scholars on the verge of advancing into a new age: the Classical Age.

Siam
Siam has finally made peace with the long time Russian foe. Though it is it is forgotten from the time of peace. The only troops under Russian nationality in Siam is at a total of 800 population. My father King Amirsan has done very much to this country from the time of annexing it. The army was tiny and the education was horrendous. Though now and after his death when passing this empire to me it is soon to be a world power in interests in nothing but defending its self and expanding its knowledge of the world through more scholors and schools all around Siam. We will be a true DEMOACACY!

Though a threat of Mongolian hordes still await our gaits for word from thier dipolmats have not arrived to our palace to discuss the peace terms. We are not ready to face such a large army in which my father was very familiar of. We wish for peace though do not know if it will be totally accomplished.

Our great wonder is to be finished today. The great temple of siam from which the gods grant us troops in the time of need. Though sinse it is not needed they will be sent to us for no slight reason. Six hundred troops is soon awaited to knock on my door any year now.

We lack a navy, and so I must change this. I will ask my coastal cities to start production of Galleons to rule the seas and trade protectively. We are in interest of opening a port for others to trade through.

Peace made between Siam, China, and Geystral

Assyrians let Turcs push in then attack from rear, cutting off supply lines.

Huge virus outbreaks in North America. Thousands have died of the pnemonia-like cause. It has spread into Florida, Aztecea, Canada, Japanese Alaska and Recife. The virus has been called the Tick Worm Virus spread by the small tick that grows in some rye plants.

South Europe and the GTA have bloody battles in Iberia with the GTA coming out on top and also pushing into mainland SE, surronding Fort Orleans and SE has made a gallant stand at Fort Orleans. The GTA and Scandinavia also push into SE France.

The CIR gets very rich with the sudden purchases of their technology.

Botswanians rejoice as a new leader has come to them, and brought over something from the land of Israel, he calls this new religion Christianity. It has spread to Kongo and some Indians have even begun to flow to the religion in the cape of Africa.

WORLD BREAKING NEWS
After diplomatic discussions with the King of Siam and the several Wise Man Councils of the State we have decided to end our thoughts of isolationism and sign an alliance with Florida. This will be a diplomatic alliance to spread the thoughts of diplomacy peacefully around the known globe.

Ports have been open!
Siam has recently opened the first port for trade to Gesytral. Weapons, luxuries and gold have been traded and both have profited. The great nation of Siam wishes to dedicate its years to investing in more trades to further make thier citizens happy with international products. It has sent a diplomat to every nation in the world asking if trade was in interest or if a port can be opened so exports from Siam can be sent there.
