The leader of the senate came running into the room, followed by an horde of soldiers, he took up an paper:
"today, I declare the Dual Republic of Grecce and Rome, not to exist any more.
We are now the Southern Europian Empire, and will forever rule south Europe.
Oh, and I as son of an Italian woman and and Greece man, declare myself Emporer."
The soldiers ran in and killed the senators.

You destroyed our trading posts and butchered peaceful hardworking merchants of the Union.
That is a reprehensible act; and one we would be quite justified in answering with a declartion of war.
But as it was we decided to have patience and ask you to explain yourself and repair the situation.

Our people of Russia continue to grow smart and happy, and our economy begins to prosper. Our empire continues to grow and my military is ready to conquer.
Can something go wrong with this striving nation? I wouldn't think so...
Our new breakthroughs in science has allowed our people to ride on horses. Though even if we have a brislting army, we are still peaceful and have no need for these horses in battle. Though there is a much better idea.
Our scholors have drew a map showing our great expansion and said it can go faster. With these new horses we will be able to carry equipment and people large distances faster allowing us to exand much faster, much faster.
They call this secret project, the Horse Wagon.
The world will soon feel the wrath of not our spears, but our intelligence...

-Grow education by hireing more scholors and showing them the newly made business plan.
