Oh, you meant the war declaration. With +22 to opinion you're still in the neutral zone. Could be military strength and/or the aggression bonus Tradition AIs get towards weaker non-Tradition players in the early game.

Having a lot of DoW's quite early on.

PS. Also iron or horses do not show on map after discovering.

Horses and iron show up on the map. You have to go through the already revealed map, but out of sight of the city / unit, to see these resources.

Hey I ran into a bit of a bug in my first playthrough on this.

I was trading with Atilla and was able to purchase one of their horses for free. That is 1 horse they gave for absolutely nothing, and they seemed to be one of the few horses on the map. Not only that, but I was able to repeatedly purchase a horse off them for free each time. That is, they had 7 horses, I ask for 1, they give it for free. I rinse and repeat this 7 times until they have no horses left! Just thought this might be worth looking into, I am really enjoying the mod otherwise however.

Can you "move back" to the 7.1 patch somehow to continue a save? I'm experiencing a crash on a fixed turn with this patch, which I can't solve. I never had anything like this before.

No can do. But if you make a bug report on Github, perhaps we can find the cause of the crash and fix it.

As a heads-up, looks like the bug with no notifications appearing for non-EUI versions (reported, amongst other places, here) is still a problem in the latest beta patch. IIRC it showed up and was fixed in an earlier version of the mod; not sure why it's been brought back.

I don't know how to fix the issue; I think it's related to the new spy system and/or city capture popup. Waiting on G for that.

Hotfixed folders have been added to the original post. To apply the hotfix, just download them and install them as you would the patch itself.

Hotfix #4 posted. Should be savegame compatible. Fixes the longstanding issue where liberating a vassal in the Vassalage UI wouldn't apply any diplomacy bonuses (and fixes a couple other vassalage-related issues as well). The # of turns required before you can liberate a vassal is now equal to the # of turns required before a voluntary vassal can declare independence.

Hotfixed folders have been added to the original post. To apply the hotfix, just download them and install them as you would the patch itself.

When the AI is no longer locked into a bribed war, they may make peace if they don't feel like being at war; this is normal. As is offering a Declaration of Friendship if they think you could be a useful friend to have.
