If we give it range then you can’t get more XP and pick range and have 4 range.

Iirc, naval units don't have access to the range promotion.

And I'm not opposed to replace Logistics with Range (only Frigate+ can take it due to range 2 requirement). Still need to be T5 though.

The three Kabuki Theatre birth effects need a table/ some tables
The Yamato giving yields when it is killed also needs a table like UnitPromotions_YieldFromKilled
