I have design layouts for 5+ civs ...

I'm designing it using WM 8.34 ... and changing base WM 8.34 mechanics in the process.

I may eventually add if for RiFE ... but I would change base RiFE mechanics in the process as well.

(just minor things, to make it more like regular FFH, or to make weaker civs have a shot)

The civ's name is the Scythian Alliance.

They are the Scythians.

It means "people of the blade" ... and just happens to also be the name of an ancient culture in RL
