A google drone over the promenade here

Some time ago (iirc a month ago or around that) i saw a google drone hovering over the promenade, and slowly moving in apparently a straight line.
It looked very weird, and like something out of an 80s scifi horror movie, eg as the things in Screamers.

It was not evident what its helixes looked like, but it mostly resembled an upside-down tarantula, with the ending of the legs being the fastly whirling helixes.

The thing was making a racket too...

Have you watched a google drone? And what do you think of drones used in this manner?

Then again maybe it wasn't a google drone at all. Maybe google drones aren't drones either, nor by google. The invasion has begun long ago.

I'd advise my Greek neighbour to pay back his debts to his Google overlords, lest they decide to give the drone a tiny little umbrella to send a message out there.

I'm fine with drones of all kinds.

I'm especially keen on very small drones. About the size of a small gnat.

I had a drone got itself trapped in my greenhouse today. It couldn't figure the way out again, and just kept colliding with the end walls in a mad panic.

Spoiler :

It may not have been a drone, come to think of it. Might have been a small bird.

We may never know though, since, when I gently ushered it out, it just sat there gaping for a bit and then flew off.
