The problem isn't the color it's the fact that it says "please read the forum rules" afterwards. Now if it said "READ THE DAMN RULES OR DIE JACKASS!!!" afterwards it wouldn't matter what the color was

to me, Yellow on a traffic light means floor it, so therefore, wouldn't make a good warning color

I doubt it because the post would be the same but it could be possible for MODs to use a particular colour depending on who they were warning and what style they were using.

I don't know much about how vbulletin works, but I was thinking the Moderator Action: code could be altered for different styles...

I agree with spy. All the new themes are hardly worth the even greater lag with CFC forum they cause. Only few use them (me being among them) and they really slow things down.

Well but I agree with you: green is the colour of environment, peace, freedom. So green stands for everything nice and calm not the right choice to threat people. Red is ideal, it's an aggressive colour probably the most dangerous of all. And you always being remembered of traffic lights (as it was said somewhere) because we all know what happen when you cross a road at red? Yes, you get smashed. This should be the massage: do something wrong here and get smashed.

No way! I love the Dark Blue style. I liked the Yellow Green better except it got replaced - by some odd twisted green! It felt so awful to look at it - aah! It made me think of vegetables - ahh!

Have you ever looked at pink in a Dark Blue forum style? I would laugh if I violated rules and there was a pink text warning. Of course, if I was banned for a few days, it wouldn't be funny anymore.

firebrick wont work in extreme, sienna wont either, and teal wont work in pale white very well

EDIT 11: Got the color optimal now! 600FOF is the hex code..it's a maroon hybrid. I just lessened he red and increased the green and blue just a bit! Can this be the new mod warning TF? Pretty please oh wise one? I am your humble servant oh great
