Regarding foreign policy:
It is now evident that Japan is a mighty power, too great to be overtaken with a few Pikeman units. Barracks are being produced, bearing in mind the adage: "If you want peace, prepare for war."
We need to expand both east and west, and I agree that we need to secure the source of iron first. The production of Barracks in Washington will be over in a short while. Another Executive Order might be to start producing a Settler in Washington after the Barracks is finished. Of course, a representative or a senator can propose such a bill, but it will take some time before we can sign a law to that effect. Meanwhile production in New York is slow, therefore the possible Executive Order to purchase a worker and to send it there.
We need to do this debate in the understanding that I have the support of the House for the decision.
