Do you know where I can find on the Internet what the readings are for this Sunday?

Yes, there's a book which is followed, sometimes slight deviation but generally you know what will come up each time. Not that im really that Catholic anymore.

Catholic Calendar. This also has daily readings (if you click on the day/descriptive text) and other stuff. (has lots of small graphical icons, though - might take awhile to load).

Todays readings, for example:

First Reading: Hosea 11:1, 3-4, 8-9
Responsorial Psalm: Isaiah 12:2-3, 4, 5-6
Second Reading: Ephesians 3:8-12, 14-19
Gospel: John 19:31-37

(the scripture readings themselves - links - are broken, but you can find an online douhey-rheims (I know I spelled that wrong) Bible.

Do all catholics have the same readings every week? if so thats kinda cool....

One thing of interest that I've noticed - Catholic and Lutheran churches seem to have the same readings each week. (maybe a minute difference here and there when one uses text the other doesn't have, but so far, from the 3 or so services I've seen (Lutheran and Catholic) on the same day, it's been the same. I also took a look at other churches, and they're close enough - within a few weeks of matching the date/reading. I guess it depends on which church you go to).

Thanks, all! :jesus:

I think there's a book you can get in the mail monthly that gives you daily readings and prayers called the Magnificat. Anyone ever heard of it?
