I think this is an easier project, and I can work on it on a leisurely pace.

Currently there isn't anything to show, other than the early stage of a motte-and-bailey, which won't look as bad by the end:

Kyriakos... I think it is a Great Idea and Very Good Start indeed.

I am wondering also IF the Fort Graphics could be made to be added as a "City Set" for a special Civ... I think yes, and would be Great if made for the ERAS.
Many ideas come to mind concerning also making Forts as City Sets :)

Great... like most of us, you have your own technique to gain the Best Results

...it may be a little "off the wall" but I do believe the Forts could also be used for special Civs and especially because you are making them ERA specific :)
Take your time, I am sure the Forts will be another Master Piece to add to your Great Work.

That is another interesting Fort rendition to consider. .. Anything that helps you create additional Graphics for Forts is Good.
However, the smokestack appears extremely large on the inside building.

It is just a (rather not very interesting looking) tower/battlement. I might try to alter it a bit ^_^

That is Looking Great... I think if the White areas were colored more like the dark top of the large tower it would add a nice color contrast.
...maybe it's just me but the white seems a bit ornate for a Fort... what I mean is it appears too pretty. Just my 2 cent opinion :)

This is becoming very nice. As Vuldacon posted, it even could be improved by dimming some extreme white parts darker - especially the part that is looking like a padlock in the castle.

Kyriakos... Superior adjustment! or as Civinator says "Phantastic" :goodjob:
...with additional architectural elements and textures you plan to add, it will be a Magnificent Fort.
The Colors and Contrasts are Superb.
