If I was mafia, first thing i'd want to do is get ATPG out of the game.

No day 5 vote. No day 7 vote. He is doing marginally better than Yoshi at keeping up, but not much. Every single vote he places he is late to the game. Another strong possibility for a lurker doing the minimum to stay in the game, and only placing “safe” votes.

Thread Analysis - Subject: Jarrema

I would like to vote:JoanK.
Too much scumminess to overlookit only because he is a new player.

And I do not want to throw just another vote on Ninjacow wagon.

Day 1 vote. His vote makes it 4-7 in the JoanK/Ninja competition. Not really decisive, but it could still be an attempt to try to get JoanK lynched instead of Ninja

His response to landlubbers question on what he sees as scummy:

First, voting without giving any explanation.
Then, giving this reason:

... I just don't know who to vote, and you already had two votes, so why not you? It was much probable that you would be lynched, but I always had in mind to eventually change my vote.

Mindless bandwagoning?

Now, there is also voting for oneself. I do not know if JoanK is mafia, but he might be.

Dave, voting someone for joining one of two big wagons is not good idea. Fate of JoanK and Ninjacow is not sealed yet.

I agree with your FoS-sing BigTin, BSmith. I am now leaning toward opinion that JoanK is really townie, albeit unexperienced one (and I fell that I gained this knowledge thanx to pressuring him).
Anyway, Ninja looks scummier.
So, to make this a clear lead of him, unvote; vote: NinjaCow

He does support my FoSing of BigTin quite early though, so that is major town points for Jarrema.

He is also number 6 to vote for BigTin. Fairly middle of the pack.

I think that lynch result pretty much cleared BSmith, and that you are main suspect now, due to your defense of BigTin (and also a little due to so long post )

More town cred for Jarrema in my mind. If he was scum he would want to perpetuate the suspicion on me.

It seems like either Mergle or BSmith should be next lynch.

But then he comes back to me being a suspect.


The other posts that I didn’t quote are either filler/OOC stuff, or general posts that townies would likely make. My Overall impression: Likely Townie.

Here is my take on the remaining players:

1) General Olaf - Likely Townie. Fairly late to the Ninja wagon, but is in early on the BigTin vote with some decent analysis of the situation. Generally has posted analysis and worked towards figuring this all out.
5) Verarde - Probably Townie - Third on the wagon for BigTin. Hasn’t posted since Feb 1, but did say he was busy with his game. In general his posts seem Ok, but he hasn't really contributed much other than stating who he thinks is innocent.
10) choxorn - Probably Townie. Responded fairly well to the pressure I gave him earlier this phase. Choxorn is a great player though, so I wouldn't put him in the cleared column yet.
13) BSmith1068 - Known Innocent. (at least to me )
15) Jarrema - Likely townie - see my above analysis
19) Joecoolyo - Unknown. Overly concerned with long posts for some reason. Otherwise he has made a few decent posts, but hasn’t really said much of import all game. Has now been absent from the game for over a week, even though he is online and earlier railed against lurkers. My opinion: mixed. Nothing really clears him from suspicion, but he also hasn't really done anything to get major town cred. Joe is a good player and could easily be mafia given his posts in this game.
20) JoanK - Likely townie, especially as he was the subject of the Ninja counterwagon that both Ninja and BigTin were on.

I am really leaning towards one of the lurkers here, but I am getting tired of the constant suspicion on me. It has been a distraction almost the entire game, and no matter what I do it doesn’t seem to let up. Tomorrow we need to make a decision: lynch me, or drop the constant questioning. I don’t really care which one we do. There is still time to figure this out, but not if we keep going like we have.

I fear that at this point I am a bigger liability to the town alive than I am dead.

well I can't scumhunt, but tonight will drop it to 2v6 righto? A wrong lynch drops it to 2v4.

2v4 quite dangerous; that leaves 2 lynches that have to be right (if right, it goes to 1v3. But a wrong 1v3 leads to a 1v1 and mafia wins) and the mafia can very well get a 3v3 tie or just get people to get the wrong vote.

Or rather, I'd say skwink should flip a coin in a 1v1 or 2v2 as per the pizza/landlubber day . Depends what he worded the mafia vic condition as.

That was unexpected.

Looking back at some things, I'd have to say that it's fairly likely one of the almost-completely-gone lurkers is mafia. Maybe Joe, but I could also see Darth Caesar or Yoshi being mafia. They're just barely posting enough to avoid the WOG, while acting as under-the-radar as possible. They're almost doing it so much that I think they're too lurkery to even be the most lurkery of lurkerscum. Joe's posts have been mostly fluff and silliness, with the occasional bit of analysis thrown in. He never quite voted for Zack. I'd say that isn't scummy, but the mafia like defending people they know to be innocent, because it makes them look innocent when said person is inevitably lynched.

And he really doesn't have any excuse for disappearing after Day 5 and then re-appearing to make one post last night, thereby flying completely under the radar only to post just in time to avoid a WoG.
