According to my advisors...
Domestic - Build more cities!
Trade- We have absolutley no resources to trade. We should aquire some as soon as possible before they are monopolized by others
Military- We can support a larger military. Lets build Warrior
Foriegn- Make more friends!
Culture- We should build the Temple in all our cities and watch the people flock to us.
Science- Our scientific research is progressing well due to generous funding.
Important stats...
I have three cities making a total of 10 uncorrupted shields and 10 uncorrupted gold.
I have some silks just outside Sweet Thebes.
I have 2 workers and 3 warriors, and im building a settler, a warrior and a barracks.
I have 25 culture.
I have masonary, ceremonial burial and pottery (popped) the wheel and i get Mystism in 2.
I have 33% of the worlds pop and 2 % of the worlds land
I currently have a score of 86 VP's.
Sweet Thebes is the #1 city, and Sweet Memphis is #5
I'm #1 (first) in GNP, Mfg. Goods, Land Area, Literacy, Disease, Pollution and Productivity.
I'm #2 in Population, Life Expectancy and Family Size
I'm #3 in Military Service
I'm #4 (last) in Annual Income and Approval Rating

Spoiler lurkers :-3450 Egypts and Persias capitals finally grew, Americas did not.
-3400 Popped Bronze Working from huts that is one way to try to keep up in science. Salamanca hits size 3.
-3350 The Americans capital is still at size 1 what is Feaurius doing?
-3300 Geriatica completes worker, starts another warrior. The Egyptians second town reached size 2 (although it looks like it is size 2 with no growth?!). I am down to 28% of the worlds population with 4 citizens. Egypt also has 4 so either America and Persia both have 3, or Persia has 4 and America has 2 (Americas capital still at size 1).
-3250 Bad Seed (Americas capital) is now size 1 with no growth. Feaurius planning a palace jump?
-3200 Salamanca reaches size 4. Luxuries up to 60%(!). My 5 citizens are 33% of the worlds population so nobody else gained a citizen (still Egypt 4, and Persia and America combine for 6).
-3150 Incense is hooked up, so luxuries return to a more tolerable 30%. No changes in anyone elses status.
-3100 My wandering warrior found a little more fresh water another 1 tile lake. And I found more huts. No change in the intel department.
-3050 Salamanca completes the granary and starts a settler. I will have a settler every 4 turns from here on until the world is purple. Geriatica completes a warrior and starts a worker. The warrior will MP in Salamanca to try to keep the luxury spending under control. Speaking of which, luxuries go back to 40% because I am forced to work lower income tiles for the factory. The granary is now cutting into my income as well, but the settlers should make up for a lot of problems. No change in intelligence except Bad Seed (the Americans capital) is size 1 with no growth I still have no idea what Feaurius is up to.
-3000 Pop a hut, get maps. I have an MP in Salamanca, so luxuries can drop to 10%. Science drops to 50% with the Wheel in 1.
