My fellow welshman, my Lord has come to learn that a foolish diplomat of ours had put his own thoughts in his reply when you asked for terms with us. King Llywelyn apologizes for this incredibly incorrect and offensive reply; it directly contradicts what my fair Lord is trying to establish with our land. He will be punished harshly for this grave error.
We agree with the exchang of diplomats, and as such will send a trusted one over to remain in your land, with the hopes that communication will be much easier between us.
We will discuss facilitation of trade with you privately, so that it may benefit us both. We realize that with your ports, our merchants will prosper from foreign trade in your markets, and so my King is indeed grateful that you have offered trade between us. May our markets from which eastern goods flow benefit you as well.
I readily agree to sign a guarantee of aid, as these pagans cannot be left unpunished for their aggression on our faithful flock.

Hello there, fellow welshman. I come with orders from King Llywelyn himself to propose that we allow open borders and sign a trade agreement between our two nations to increase trade, as well as sign a military agreement, for being landlocked nations with no navy, it will allow for my King to move north if need be, and for you to move south. Through this we also hope to establish better relations, and work towards a common goal that shall benefit our citizens.

Greeting to you, welsh brethen. My fair King wishes for a trade agreement between our countries, not only for a mutually beneficial increase of revenue, but also to establish better relations with our fellow neighbors and brothers of the faith.
