Firstly, as Mirc said, there is such thing as the Finno-Ugric language group, and Hungarian is such a language. Secondly, Altaic is a language family comprised of several groups, including the Turkic and Mongolic groups, but not the Finno-Ugric group, a member of the separate Uralic family. Some linguists claim that both the Altaic and Uralic families, as well as Indo-European, are part of the Eurasiatic macro-family, but this is an unproven, controversial theory.1) Ugro and finnic languages are different. The Ugro is a part of altaic languages instead Finnic is a part of Uralic languages.
2) Hungarian is altaic so it's related with turk and mongol. Magyars (Hungarians) have always represented themself like nomad people and their ancient culture is very similar to mongolia and central asia
