For Rome and Carthage relationship, I wanted something like pillaging a Salt mine in Phoenician territory and raze Carthage city. "Since the 19th Century, various historians have claimed that the Romans ploughed over the city and sowed salt into the soil after destroying it but this is not supported by ancient sources." I realized that I play differently in CIV6 (and CIV5) because of achievements. In CIV3 and CIV4, I would always be sure to play against each Civilization at least once in order to see the defeat video. I don't think I ever tried to be sure to play as all the available Civilizations. Now I do that in order to get the victory achievements. I have gone down the list and played against everyone in CIV6. I would love to see a "defeat everyone" achievement in the future.

Still strange to me we haven't seen the locked achievements pop up in Steam yet. I keep checking. Perhaps achievements is one of the last things they are working on.
