whats yer weight? do you have sleep apnea? I had the problem back when i was heavier and drinking soda
I read somewhere back then body position while sleeping could be a factor for heavier people, the esophagus (?) changes position slightly allowing for stomach acid to enter from below.
I think the problem went away before i dropped the lbs though, probably when i gave up soda
as for processed foods, i'm no expert but i get the impression our bodies work better when we have to process the foods ourselves - if the processing is done before it reaches our stomachs and intestines nutrients dont get absorbed properly. Fiber is important
I took prilosec or something back then for the problem, I wouldn't recommend that now - seems like the more we try to accommodate the problems we get from improper diet with pills the more problems we create.
