Assault Mechs now require Uranium, like in [civ5]
Dreadnoughts now require Oil or Uranium, in addition to Iron.
Stealth Bombers no longer have a per-turn cost, :c5strength: reduced to 30, cost to 300.
Gallic Warriors now start with Guerilla I and II (making UU+UB not redundant)
Supercarrier now carries five fighters instead of three (now carries more than standard carrier)

Leaders

Saladin's favorite civic is now Organized Religion, and his trait combo Spiritual/Strategist
Stalin, Mao, and Genghis now have Christianity, Confucianism, and Taoism as their favorite religions. Stalin because the Russians were widely Christian, Mao because most Chinese believe in Confucian ideas, and Genghis because Taoism is the closest to Tengri in [civ4].
Montezuma's favorite civic is now Slavery. Seriously, why the hell not?
FDR's favorite civic is now Nationhood. Sure, one could argue for Free Market or State Property, but Nationhood suits him well, given the draft and fierce American nationalism.
Chibinda Ilunga now has unique quotes for people talking to him.

Graphics + Sound
Indian horseman button fixed.
New Samurai graphics. (coffeejunkie)
Added Orcish Infantry and Marine graphics (Zlatko)
Fixed a problem with Japanese Horseman animations
Keshik now acts as ranged in combat.
Chinese Lancer doesn't.
Added some songs to the Future Age.
Included the Indonesian leaders in the Add-on Pack.

Opening post, the link was updated.

I've never seen that error before, though I'll hopefully fix it in the next update.

Windows can only cope with path names of a specific total length (that was more prominent on Win95 and 98, because they were 16 bit OS and hit the limit earlier...IIRC...or so...something like that).
If Fluffy_Rabbit's Civ installation folder has a lot longer name (e.g. because it's the Steam version and therefore in the Steam folders, or just because he chose a longer name), then it might be that a mod hits the length restriction.
Just a shorter name (plus changed connections) for that folder will probably do it.

I tried to download it and get and got an Unsafe to download, file blocked message.

I'm not getting the message.

Meanwhile, the Addon Pack has been taken down by stupid GameFront and nobody bothered to come to the main thread about it.

Update to the Add-on Pack!

Link!

Basically, a new leaderhead for the Orcs, and some new War music from [GandK] and BNW.

Here's an idea I had for a new civ:
The Hobbits
Leader:Bilbo Baggins(Creative/Industrious)
Instead of having a UU or UB, The Hobbits have a unique improvement called a Hobbit-Hole, which produces 1 :food: and 1 :commerce: . It works similarly to the Cottage, being that it can upgrade to a Bag-end, then a Village, and finally a hobbittown(pardon the pun).

Hmm, this is an interesting idea.
