How to adjust Great Person Points which took effect after associated civic is researched? (or is it possible to do so?)

For example. adding +2 Great Prophet Points to any player who successfully cultivated CIVIC_ETHICS.

Did you mean Great Person Points per turn or a certain amount of great person points?

^ GPP per turn. My goal is that CIVIC_ETHICS should add +2 or +4 GPP (Prophet) once earned.
