This forum's quite small. As TLC said, 58% of people have 0 posts. Why can't we have a spammier atmosphere? 
Forum size is measured by real numbers of posts logged (1.8 million?), as well as real numbers of posters (thousands at least).

If you have the time, you could probably suffice with no moderators at first, until you seriously doubt your ability to maintain your administration duties.

My current "mods" aren't officially mods, actually. They just patrol the forums, read everything and report anything out of line. The only official official is me.

Sounds like it could be successful, although you might want to stop it from turning into a Star Trek forum...
