Germany being upset because of the attitude of the great imperialistic powers of that time is quite natural. But AH was a lame leader, a sane bastard would have been much better for leading germany.
Technically it is utterly impossible for Germany to ban a Mod. They would have to be in control of the entire planet in order to pull that one off.I also understand why Hitler is not in the game if it is indeed illegal in Germany, how they would police a mod for an existing game is beyond me though and that just sounds like an excuse not to include him in the game, since there are other Mods where he features.
Uh, those nukes didn't travel the world over you know. They spread their radiation in an area far less than Chernobyl.Lord Brooks
with long lasting effects all over the planet, not just in Japan.
Cr0ws
so DU released into the environment will be a hazard for unimaginable timescales

Uh, those nukes didn't travel the world over you know. They spread their radiation in an area far less than Chernobyl.
In fact, Chernobyl, which I can't spell some times, was worse then all the nuclear bomb tests and the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki combined.
Nuclear fallout doesn't spread past a certain distance. It just can't. The laws of the universe that nothing can break prevent it.
Plus, like all things, it decays in strength the farther it goes. This is why about 20 miles away from most nuclear bombs, the shock wave will barely be felt by you, nor technically the radiation.. Although, I caution you, not to look directly at the blast.
Now, I admit that yes, due to all the nuclear testing done here in America, that a good portion of the people born since 1945, in a larger area, have Uranium in their bodies, but you know, 2 nanograms don't count.
Uh, you know nothing about radiation. Sorry. I don't mean to be rude, but uh, Depleted Uranium has as much radiation coming from it as the human body has. Or even a Chunk of Lead.
Okay, so maybe, because it's Uranium it will have a bit more than the human body but still, Depleted Uranium can be worn as a necklace for 70 years and you won't get any radiation damage from it.
Uranium on the other hand is bad for your health if you wear too much of it. Not to mention it's heavy.
Oh, and let's not discuss Plutonium, which releases a deadly gas that will kill you faster than Sarin gas. I think anyway. Really, one doesn't even need to use Plutonium as a nuclear material. Just throw it in a room full of people. Those who don't drop dead will have radiation poisoning.
Minor though.
There are many things far more radioactive than Uranium, I'm sure!
Also, if any one is interested, the only way one single nuclear bomb would have any real lasting effects on the Earth as a whole is if someone decides to make a 50 gigaton nuke.
The biggest ever was 50 megatons. An order of a thousand fold greater.
By the way, the entire world's nuclear arsenal may be good for wiping us out, but the Earth will bounce back as if nothing happened.
Unless you dropped them all in the same spot or something, cracking a hole into the mantle.
You have got to be kidding me....So say a dirty bomb goes off in new york...it would be safe to live there?
Technically it is utterly impossible for Germany to ban a Mod. They would have to be in control of the entire planet in order to pull that one off.
Plus, they act like Hitler in a way, when they ban him, but I think that's for another topic entirely.
It has more to do with people downloading the mod in Germany being charged with a "hate crime" for having Hitler and swastikas on their computer than Germany trying to ban a mod. The whole thing is due to political correctness, which is an symptom of ignorance.

Thank Allah I don't live in Germany. When something smells rotten you know spoils are laying about.
@Bidule1111 : Joining a thread randomly, without reading earlier posts is insulting. Telling you're a big american redneck, and that you screw germans is insulting. But you don't care, as you're from a supposed superpower (which cries out loud when they're forced to do the dirty job on their own = sissies). You're the troll. And I confirm uranium is dangerous, but I won't tell you have no respect for victims of american bombings, 'cause a priori you're just an unassuming child, so what you say is worthless.
Well, considering we crushed them in WW2, I think we could just put a little pressure on them to get them to repeal that law.
We could um, just explain that since we never signed the Nuclear test ban treaty, Yes, we never signed it, we made everyone else sign it, that um, our next nuclear test may....wait, we do have military bases in Germany...Germany doesn't have a massive army. Hmm...
Never mind about the nuke.
To DRJ, please understand what Uranium is. It's a toxic metal. No one is going to make Uranium Marshmellows! That wouldn't even work.
Oh, but like you I enjoy a good joke ! I'm all about it all the time ! All what I say that may seem threatening and insulting is directly to be considered as french humor, which is world wide known !!!
I must admit the nuclear testing joke is really funny, I'm still all hilarious about it. The 'no adverse effect of nuclear bombing some years afterward' is really good, I'm wondering why everyone wants a missile shield nowadays. The statistics about cancer in Japan is also hilarious !
Firebombing of Dresden is the typicall example of hordes of civilians, submitted to a dictatorship, dying needlessly, burnt alive in their home. American Way of War. AH AH AH. So fun... You really are a 'special' joker.
Plus, I mean, I already did it with an american girl, so it's not like if I would start again...
So you see, like you, I'm all about good ol' jokes...
Well, considering we crushed them in WW2, I think we could just put a little pressure on them to get them to repeal that law.
