[R&F] Alfred Noble is more expensive than Alan Turing

I have noticed this in several games, and I don't understand why.

But basically, Alfred Noble costs around 1000 Great Person points (on Quick), and when recruited,

It goes to say Alan Turing (I think the order is randomized),, but Alan's price is 550 or so.

Which basically means that if a person had well over 550 after someone recruits Alfred Noble what you will see is an overflow of people points and 3-4 Great Scientists get recruited in a single succession.

This seems like a strange bug to me, especially since the Great People table has no cost modifiers (outside of Era's table which only determines the base cost).
