Wow... Cuiv, if you could do that for North America as well, then Amen would ahve his second request... ;)

@NK

Pretty much exactly what I wanted.We just need to perfect the quality,and then we have it...

I'm already ill and now I also got a map sicknes!

I don't know I kidna liked this... the idea is that 3 meteors, 3 super weapones, alliens, whatever been shot.
1 in eastern europe (biggest)
1 in eastern USA coast
1 in the amazonas (smallest)

This caused a LOT of damage, some areas got cooler, some hoter, water begun to mvoe around and I reaaaly like how it came to be :D

what you think?

@NK

By post 422, I mean the map you posted as per my second request...

This map is from das, he says it is a combination of his ideas and, of course, creting nice little lakes where the capitals of Rome and China are.

@NK

Very interesting... On that map though, I'd like to see a closed English Channel...

And how goes my sedcond request? I could take it up myself, it's a mere perfecting of the coastline...

It's das' map, take it up with him...

As to the second... Er... I don't know...

That sinking of Australia is acceptable, as my bit seems to still be there.

You guys sink half the world... but never Bangaladesh! You know that in the near 50 years if i remember correctly Bangladesh would be under water?

Noooooo! Bangladesh will never die! :ar15: ;)

I've made a few edits to my map from the previous page, most notably replacing the Great Lakes with an inland sea.

Someone please, please make a NES with an alternate geography map.

It could start in 3000 BC...imagine, the rise of the Incans in West Africa, haha. :mischief:

NK, you're fired for gross incompotence. :p (:joke: ) Though you can redeem yourself by cleaning up the edited part of this map (making it look nicer).

The map I requested. I (painfully) tooled around with paint till I came up with this rough draft:

Urgh... Yeah, Amen, I can fiddle with that.

BTW, das says to tell Amen on the Alternate History thread that all suggestions for my next version of the "random altgeographic map" are only welcomed.

Also, he repeats his question about whether or not anybody will be interested in him writing up a hypothetic history of "American horses and camels don't die out, but the Old World ones do" world. He is already planning it out, but he doesn't want to write it only to disappear amongst the cool maps.

BTW, das, I would support that timeline. ;)

What does he mean by that? And why can't das post himself? Did he get a ban? :hmm:

And yes, I like the sound of that timeline. But how's about we all brainstorm the historical effects of the map I just posted? :) For one thing, Americans would have gotten there much earlier.

Yes, he got a ban. :(

I think I'm going to try and come up with a timeline for this map...

Wow. Das getting a ban? I haven't seen him flame or troll anybody once... Ah well, c'est la vie...

Now, migration would have been greatly affected in N.America. When the first Homo Sapiens migrate, there would be some moving to S.America and N.America, resulting in a reduced starting population elsewhere...

I think we have to think further back...

this is a map of just straight north America attached to it all... But the problem with this is that most of the lakes in the North, and the Northern islands, reached their present configuration due to glaciers. Obviously, its new position means this will change. Also the change of position will greatly affect the climate... The whole of the Continent will be changed.

Indeed. In this world, when one wants to get away for sunny beaches and hot girls in bikinis, they go to Alaska. :hmm:
