Aww, no world war, and now no reason to wipe out democracy?

. Oh well, I'll find a way around that...
Imperial Aarut Republic, now the
Aarut Federation of All Free Peoples
First and foremost, reform into a federation including most dependencies, similar to the Russian Federation, but somewhat looser. Different regions will be granted different rights (for example the Masuberg/Lanverg will be granted the right to reject any and all industrialization, which will make a very good impression on them, Nacubia will be somewhat semi-autonomous under their own governor and legislative body, although they will still answer to the Aarut crown, etc). A peace will then be signed with the Panto, forcing the Panto to cede their little enclaves, [East Georgia], [East West Florida], and establishing several small Mantes (de jure Panto dependencies, but de facto Aarut vassals) as buffer states (these Mantes will be comprised of parts of the ceded Panto territory, current Aarut territory, and perhaps also small parts of Panto territory). If the Panto refuse, sail up the Mississippi, bomb them to the ground, and force a similar peace out of them.
This next part will only occur if Varaka and Argine agree (great war on democracy):
| The Aarut will host a conference with the leaders of Varaka and Argine. There, they will secretly discuss war plans against the Furotoca. Blaming the Furotoca for their own internal problems, Varaka, Aarut, and Argine will reconcile their differences and decide to once and for all crush the mob rule around the Mediterranean. The Argine will be promised influence over [Spain], among other things.
| First, once all three leaders agree that a war is needed, Aarut will contact Tezan and attempt to convince them to ally with the Aarut, or at least stay neutral. With or without Tezan help, the Aarut will then destroy Furotocan mines/military-equipment around [Gibraltar] and then deploy their fleet in the Mediterranean.
| At the same time, the Aarut will contact anti-republican movements in Nemarthia, supply them with money and arms, and encourage them to take control of the government.
Aarut agents will also enter the United Furotoca itself and encourage dissenters frustrated with the inefficiency of democracy to voice their opinions. These agents may perhaps even instill paranoia in these previously peaceful dissenters and advise them to arm themselves before the Furotoca slaughters them.
| Aarut agents in the United Furotoca will also attempt to bring out the flaws of Furotocan government by meddling in elections and politicians' lives. Hopefully, this will make even more Furotocan citizens unsatisfied with their government.
| The Aarut will also stir up nationalism in their own country and spread propaganda depicting the Furotocan government as ineffective mob rule that will soon internally collapse.
| Once the Aarut navy has entered the Mediterranean, they will blockade the Furotoca (although such a blockade would probably be quite ineffective due to the sheer size of their coasts), stating that this blockade (and the whole war) will stop once they are sure that "corrupt politicians will never again be able to do as they please, lie to their people, and abuse the [Furotocan] people's trust." This should create even more dissenters.
Rosk Empire
The Rosk's main focus will be on accelerating their modernization in [Sweden], while at the same time establishing another close vassal state in their rebelling territory in Amestria (gray on your map I'm guessing). They will also declare war on the Furotoca once the Aarut do, although they will not be able to dedicate many, if any, troops.
