Alternative Component Names for VP

v14 with changes and fixes:

- added UCS v16 compatibility;
- fixed Sukhot(h)ai;

v15 with new stauff and fixes:

- added 8 more cities to American list; most of them were the most populated cities from the 1791 census, but founded around the Independence Day;
- added missing City-States from later stage of v16;
- fixed few City-States' names; added some accents and unique letters; added few endonyms;
- added Aurora Borealis entry (no ingame change);
