Is it possible to move Crete 1S, it looks a bit weird being that close to Athens, plus it would properly allow a city on it.

I thought the same. Also Cyprus could be a two tile island with another tile 1SW.Is it possible to move Crete 1S, it looks a bit weird being that close to Athens, plus it would properly allow a city on it.

The westernmost point of Crete is further west than Athens and the easternmost point of the Peloponnese.
Move Crete south and make it 3 tiles long!
It's really amusing to see Ethiopia being much smaller than France on the map, and cannot support a single city(Paris)'s worth of population.
All civs are important, but some civs are more important than others, heh?
Can you please upload and include the images here on CFC? It's annoying that you always have to click through to imgur.
Yeah, I agree that Ethiopia is unnecessarily infertile on the current map. This also makes their game less enjoyable than it should be because you are always scraping by. I think the issue is that with the current map it is hard to place additional resources that should exist (like grains) without inadvertently strengthening Egypt or the Horn of Africa. Not sure if the region itself can be further enlarged on this map but at least we can add more grassland hills and place additional resources to represent how fertile Ethiopia actually is.
In that case, maybe pushing all of Africa south and a bit (a tile or two) to the east would solve that.
