Hospital thus far but no ambulance.
Personally: I've been driven to the emergency room more than once for allergies to medication.
For someone else: I witnessed some old woman injuring herself on the street. She fell down on her head and got a nice bloody wound. I saw another pedestrian and told him to call the ambulance. And that's about it.

Twice. First time I have no clue what happend. I left school 20 min later someone found me unconcious with my nose broken in 3 places, a concusion, my septum (middle of the nose) smashed loads of skin scraped of. I am having laser surgery later to repair it. My bike was smashed aswell.
